URKORN - these are old grain varieties such as emmer, perennial rye or kamut. They taste strong and nutty and contain more proteins, minerals and vitamins than conventional varieties. They are also usually baked as wholemeal flours.
We bake special breads with these grains using sourdoughs, starter doughs and cooked pieces.
