In order to get the chance visiting as well the town Bad Aussee we take the road named "Radlingstraße" straight ahead downwards, passing a church called "Leonhardkirche".
Another possible route would be straight from Grundlsee along the river cycling downstream to Bad Aussee.
Directions:
The tour starts at the railroad crossing in Kainisch where it diverges from the popular and well known cycle track "Salzkammergutradweg R 19". Via the pass "Radlingpass" we go to Grundlsee where you will admire the biggest lake all over Styria. The downhill offer a panoramic highlight during this tour.
Reaching Grundlsee at the Seehotel you have turn left upwards in direction to Altaussee. Reaching Altaussee you might take a rest before you carry on heading to the pasture called "Blaa Alm".
After taking a break in the nice tavern a graveled road will take us to our final aim, the town Bad Ischl. Following the signs we are passing this nice area, called "Rettenbachtal", until we reach after a tunnel the mountain pasture "Rettenbachalm". Be careful of big gravel and crushed rocks. As well as blind bends and possible opposing traffic, sometimes including cars, shall be taken into account.
Leaving the "Rettenbachalm" we reach quite quickly finally the town Bad Ischl.
