horse riding way - Strubklamm - Plaik

In Faistenau there are 7 riding trails which can be combined. The trails are in total about 40km long and leading over paths, grazings, forest- and public streets with beautiful views over the surrounding.


From the village square down to the public parking place. Straight along Bramsaustraße to the former “Bramsau Bräu” restaurant. Take the way up to the Kugelberg roundway. Right down toward Felsenbad. Cross the Almbach bridge and ride straight ahead. At the next junction right up to Gruberbauer, follow the grass, pass the Plaikbauer till you reach the Strubklamm Staumauer. Cross the bridge and ride back on the street to the crossing form the Kugelberg. You can also extend the trip over the Lettengraben take the Grabenweg or Schwarzau way. This would be about 6km more.
