Selected ingredients from the region are used, including house-smoked ham from Hinterberger Sau and fresh-caught Ausseer char. A particular highlight is the dry-aged steaks, which are refined in their own aging cabinet and grilled to perfection in the Big Green Egg – an experience for discerning connoisseurs.
