From the park in Bad Aussee you start the tour eastwards via the so-called Gambsensteg, up the stairs called "Gambsenstiege" and then to the left.

Further via the pathway "Tauscheringasse" and the "Pfarrergrabenweg" to the promenade "Richard-Eybner-Promenade".

After a short distance along the walking and cycling path next to the street, you walk along the river Traun until Grundlsee.
