Description:
The lake Ödensee is considered as the herat of Pichl-Kainisch. Stations with information about this area will inform you about its peculiarities.

Directions:
From the entrance of the railway station in Bad Aussee you follow the signpostings towards Ödensee first leading you in direction to the center, then at the football stadium to the right. After about one kilometer you cross over a bridge the river "Ödenseetraun" and turn to the left. From then on we always carry on the well-marked route via the unspoiled nature of this unique area. Finally you will reach a taramac road which takes you after 700 meters to the Ödensee.
